“ Rise is an excellent restaurant that gives you very characteristic charms. Suffles were excellent but their coffee was not really ideal. We got French press coffee but it's literally burnt coffee flavor. Otherwise, it's pretty good. ”

Their raspberry souffle with the chocolate sauce was a fantastic addition after their ham sandwich and tomato bisque soup- filling, full of flavor, and a food I will definitely try again! The goat cheese was a welcome addition! The atmosphere is very private and the staff excellent. They treated us with a service that is often not found these days! ”
“ Party of three who had never had a proper souffle arrive and departed very satisfied. We had 5 different souffles on our visit. The escargot for a starter, which was very garlicky and masked the goat cheese well. Then we all ordered separated souffles as the individual entrees: the truffle infused mushroom, the herb and spicy sausage, and the duck special. The mushroom souffle was my absolute favorite! Lastly, a raspberry souffle for dessert which was light and tasty. Decor was super cute and welcoming, not too loud so you are able to have conversations with others. ”
